Not baby related but just need some views on my situation so my partner has been accused of bullying they had two statements in which didn’t match up together totally different they done an investigation while he was suspended was told the evidence was to vague so needed to collect more so kept him in suspension another week got the same two people to add more information so these statements have gone from being four lines each to being a page each my partner has six people who are willing to say it was lads having banter and nothing malicious what’s so ever he has a disciplinary hearing this week now the main guy who has accused him has cerebral palsy he has walked home with my partner sits with him on break has a laugh with him but is now saying he is scared of my partner and the other guy sticking up for him my partner has bought him tea when he hasnt been able to get a break he offered to help us move house I’m totally at a loss everyone in work has said this guy the first one has made up so much crap to different people he believes his own lies my partner contacted his union but they said they can’t help as it’s ongoing investigation he could loose his job over a liar is there anything we can do to stop it my partner has worked here four years has never had issues with anyone he is no bully hope this made sense x
