So I’m wondering if any of you know much about houses and the legalities?

I will soon own half of a property, and the other half is spilt into two quarters between family members.

My question is, am I OK to move in once the half is in my name but not yet have a mortgage to pay off the other half?

Mortgage is in the process at the moment, just want to know can I do this or will I be in trouble?
