Hiya sorry me again could I have a pp to the right page?

I’m about 5 + 1 weeks pregnant and today I’ve had period style pains on and off all day, some quite sharp. I’ve got a doctors appointment for next week, I would go hospital or something but not sure whether they would do anything with me being so early?

Has anyone else had bad period pain and been fine? Thank you.
