I have a 9 year old and a 7 year old i work part time 4 hours a day 1.30 to 5.30 mon-fri i have worked in the same job for 10 year’s my kids used to go to a children minder but even tho you get help some weeks i really struggled for money so i took them out and my now ex partner used to watch them while i worked but i dont no what to do about work now as i have no minder now and i cant keep having the ex partner watch the kids as its to stressful for me and the kids and i just want a clean start as me and the kids have been through a life time of crap and this time i need to think of them and my health im really scared what to do and to leave work and what help would i get or should i go on the sick for a while. My depression has hit the roof and i just dont want to let anyone down 😥😥
