I need advice

I have a four year old
A new born baby
A puppy
And a beautiful cat

Safe to say my hands are full

Fast forward my mum asked me to look after her dog for five days I was very reluctant but eventually she wore me down and I agreed I kept on to her saying she needs to bring her dog over to see our house and meet our pets ect but she never did it was always to much hassle. He came yesterday, and has done nothing but bark and yap and howl keeping my two daughters awake till early hours, I tried sleeping down stairs with him but my new born is feeding ! He’s also attacked my cat twice !! First time my cat left for most of day I’ve just manage to coax him back in and mums dog has gone for him again ! I feel so cross at my mum for swanning off on holiday leaving me in this mess – two children who can’t sleep and I’m so worried my cats going to get hurt or run away !!!
