I need advice I’m 8 months pregnant and the baby’s father is telling me that if I give my baby a certain name he wouldn’t do anything for the baby. (I want to name her after my grandma) but he brings up “why would you want to name her after a dead person” & tells me that if I give the baby his last name he would take me to court (it’s his daughter because he’s the only one I’ve been with the last 8 months, month of conception was june) my question is what would happen if I gave her his last name?

Nothing. You can call her what ever you want. Only way he can take you to court is for access… if he’s not on birth certificate then would be dna first before contact x
You could give your baby the last name of coconut tree and nothing will happen.
Why would you want to give the baby his last name if he didn’t want it? All my babies will be having my last name 🙌🏼
