I need some advice.
My daughter is 8 and half months old. Has been in her cot since 4 months in her own room. She used to sleep 6pm-6am straight threw. however in last 6 weeks she is waking crying almost every 1-2 hours and I’ve tried everything. Sometimes it’s for her dummy and snug blanket near her face. and other times she sobs and I can’t leave room. I’ve checked teeth and can’t see anything or any other signs of teething. I’ve changed lighting in her room. Made sure she’s not too hot or cold. Offered her water in night when she wakes. No water in night. She eats and drinks loads in daytime. So she can’t be hungry.
I honestly don’t no what to do
