I work in a pub and I’m pregnant I’ve had to have 2 weeks off work due to ill health – sickness and high blood pressure which both I’m on tablets for. My manager is just not helping me out I’ve messaged her and explained to her I physically cannot do stressful shits and 10-pm until 3am where it’s on a busy Friday I won’t get home until 4/5 am in the morning her response basically is she’s had other pregnant staff and they’ve worked them before. But I’ve already lost one baby due to a complicated pregnancy. I just don’t know what to do anymore x
