I’m 21 years old with a 20 month old daughter my mum passed away a month ago now and it has never hit me really I have never sort of cryed a lot I did at funeral but ever since then it really ive always felt horrible for not crying but I realised everyone is different I’ve been up all night crying gettin myself in a right state I just don’t no what to do I need advice on who can help me get threw this bad time as it’s only just hitting me my mum used to love Christmas and spoiling my little girl her first grand child she was her world and to think my mum isn’t going to be here this year is breaking me the most please can I have some advice on how I go about gettin councilling xx
