I’m 25 weeks and 4 days, it’s my second pregnancy and I’m just wondering if anyone has any thoughts or advice cos I didn’t have this in my first pregnancy! My whole “lady region” is swollen to like 2/3times the normal size, very sore, itchy and very painful! I can’t sit down properly and it really is also hurting when I walk! I’ve not changed anything or use anything new, done nothing different! I also noticed last week a lump on the inside of my vagina but it’s like a large skin tag however I haven’t always had it. Should I call my midwife and ask her for an appointment for her to have a look? I don’t see her until I’m 28 weeks now, thank you xx

Can you ask if I’ll be better seeing a doctor than my midwife please? For some reason I feel more comfortable my midwife looking there🙈 lol xx

I would probably speak to your MW about it. I’ve had 4 children and didn’t have any swelling like that at any point during my pregnancies. I had a bit of ‘puffiness’ near the end of two of my pregnancies, but that’s when my babies were like 9lbs and close to when they were born. Re the lump, never heard of anything like that before.
Sounds like you could have an infection hun. I would be asking the doctors 🙂
