I’m 30+5 days pregnant, with mine an my partners first. We live together, have done nearly the entire 2 years we’ve been together. I moved away from my friends an family (a good way) so it wouldn’t cause any upset in his family as he’s an only child, it would take 3 buses too get me back to where I lived if I wanted to go visit when ever I’m free. So of course this means I’m on my own quiet a lot as iv 0 friends in this area and I’m not THAT close with his family either.

I can’t fault my partner, he works extremely hard to support us both an make sure we have everything an anything we want and need. He’s out the house from 7:30-9pm everyday, Monday too Sunday he very rarely has a day off. He does one job 8-4:30 and works another straight after, sometimes it can cause him too work until 11/12 pm during the summer (please bare in mind the work from 4:30 onwards is optional an done because he wants too he’s his own boss then so to speak) all whilst I’m home..alone unless the dog counts! There is only so much tidying and cleaning you can do if I’m honest an the town is atleast 2 busses away so I can’t jus have a stroll in have a wee shop around or I would! An now that the baby is due a little over 9 weeks I need him to just realise he needs to spend some time at home helping do odd jobs I can’t at the moment an just to spend some time with me. But every time I mention it it causes an upraw of ” but we need the money (we don’t need this much,we’re living comfortably!) ” or ” it’s jus a few extra jobs to keep the business coming. ” I have family telling me he needs to spend more time with me, my head knows it too.. But I don’t want to upset anything if I’m honest is there a way I could bring this into general conversation? 😔
