I’m 38 weeks today I was in hospital yesterday with reduced movement when being monitored. It was showing I was having strong tighting very often . They have been going since yesterday . Is there enything why I can get them moving more as midwife said I would be back at hospital in next few days . . But tighting are really starting to drag now . Plus don’t help with a active nearly 2 year old .. witch was born at 38. 5 . . Any advise we’ll come. Thank you
