I’m currently under homegroup housing my council pay for my rent I’m now pregnant partner works away I want to tell home group and the council he will be moving in but I’m still on a starter tenancy as I moved in last October (2016) can they just cancel the tenancy if he was to move in before I’m on a fixed term?
