I’m so annoyed this is near my street it’s a very bust Street with lots of people driving down fast on the road. This is a public path and I have to walk my pram on the road. Surley this isn’t right? Am I being stupid that I’m angry I’ve to walk on the road with baby in pram??!!!

Why report it just scratch it when you walk by! I’ve done that to a car 7 times on the school run in the past 3 weeks. I’m not pushing my baby on the road and I know the car cost more than my Pram so not bothered if I scratch my Pram!!
I had this last winter. Had dropped my son at boys brigade and was going to pick him up,as it was dark (730pm) had to go up the footpath that runs beside a busy road.(usually cut across a field and A subway) Someone had parked just like this I had no option but try and get on to the road but was so busy I couldn’t even do it,finally some teenage lad coming the other way stepped out in the road and put his hand out to stop the cars so I could pass! Very grateful to him. Absolute idiot whoever parked there.
I hate whenever people do this… I’m not confident with my son’s pram and i hate going into into the road or around bins left out etc

I’m certain if you send this pic to council with the license plate shown they can send a warning to the owner of the car, it’s absolutely insane. What if a person was in a wheelchair?! X
This makes me angry!! I don’t think your actually aloud to do this!! I had an elderly nana in a wheelchair and had to walk on the road to get past cars that park on the pavement. It’s so inconsiderate really.. and they clearly have plenty space to park on the road. If they wanna be off the road they should consider a driveway! I’d say something if I was you. Their could be an accident. Xx
Parking like that is disgraceful. I live in Manchester, where I live we literally have to park with 2 wheels on the edge of the pavement. I live in a fitst floor cottage flat. If both cars on either side of road parked on road then no vehicles especially emergency vehicles could pass. We haven’t drive way and most houses have 2 cars.. when I park I allow enough room for double buggies and wheelchairs. Xx
My street is full of this drives me insane. I have to take my daughter and shopping onto the road. With vans also parked like this I can’t even see if theirs a car coming down the road or not. Can we not report this anywhere?
You have every right to be angry and annoyed with a idiot parking on the pathway and something has to be done about that…the safety of you and ur baby comes first coz there are a lot of crazy ppl drives on roads really stupid..please be careful hun xx
You need to find out who is in charge of your parking. Here it is the police so when ever I see someone parking like a cock I call 101 with registration number and where they are parked. It annoys me that people are inconsiderate arseholes. X
😂 😂 Really .. there’s a lot more worse things goin on in the world and you’re moaning you have to walk around a car .. 4/5 secs max is it outside your home? Why didn’t you just cross over?
It is illegal but why not knock on the door and see if the persons in there and kindly ask them to move?
Asshole parking right there. This wrecks me and my whole street does this on both sides I’m on and off the road constantly , I’ve actually told my partner to go and park his car again because it’s not leaving enough space (the street is very narrow) ppl are assholes

Pretty sure there’s some law that says if you park on a pavement you have to give enough room for prams and wheelchairs otherwise it’s an obstruction or something
I think it’s illegal to block more than 50% of the pavement? I get it all the time, I would go on grass part n go as close as possible without touching it 👍🏻
Yes coz you could have walked on the grass safer lol but yes it is annoying but I’d rather the road be clear for ambulances etc
It’s illegal to block the path like that but advising people to scratch it is also illegal. Just report it and let the police deal with it x
You can get them done for this. Ring 101 and tell them. Its a risk for pedestrians. There needs to be enough space for prams and wheelchairs to get by. X
You can report it… I get it a lot in my area. Many a times I’ve had to walk on the road with four kids…

You’ve every right to be angry a pavement is for a person not a cat I think they bought out a law on this i remember commenting on it it’s illegal they only do it to “protect” there cars my partner flipped on someone a while ago as I had to go on the road and my friends son wacked his head on the wing mirror as there was no room to get passed I was nearly hit by a car with my couple week old son in his pram 😠 x
I do not understand when people park like this. If you feel your car isn’t safe enough to park on the road normally then don’t park there. People are too lazy tofind a safe space and think they have a God given right to park on the road outside their home, safe or not x
Ring 101 isn’t an emergency but it’s illegal!! And write a note and stick it under their wiper calling them a massive inconsiderate arsehole and to park better
