In need of a ppp. I’m 30 weeks along and a ftm. Thursday night I had to go to the hospital for severe cramping in my stomach that lasted for hours. They told me I was having BH’s, checked my cervix and sent me home. Since then I’ve had lower back pain on and off. Any advice on how to alleviate the pain? Tia.
