Is there anything I can put on my daughters head? She’s got really bad dry skin, the doctor prescribed this shampoo but it seems to be going worse. Back at the Drs on Wednesday but feel awful sending her to school as it’s very visible and she’s 10

Use a shampoo that’s oil based. Keep it moisturised, also don’t wash her hair too often. Maybe once a week, just keep it in a plait if it looks abit greasy. Washing it will only strip the scalp of natural oils and make it worse x
Try child’s farm shampoo. My daughter had really dry scalp from eczema and she was itching it all the time. It worked wonders
My daughters gets awful I was her hair with baby bath stuff and then make a mix of water and conditioner in a shampoo bottle spray it in thick and use a nit come to get it out.
To get loose flakes out I used to use a bit comb and a moisturizing shampoo. I had the same problem and still do every now and again x
Comb it out with a nit comb, it will come out and then wash through and use an adult one.. I use alberto balsalm.. Bless her xx
I use this one I’ve used it a couple of times o my daughter too…but for her I normally use child’s farm x
Nizoral is brilliant stuff 100% works, it’s not cheap but definitely recommend it c
Try tea tree oil or tea tree oil shampoo
Forever living shampoo helps really well with things like this x
Cover in coconut oil!
coconut oil works wonders on dry skin defo try it
