Just asking for people’s options please so ppp xx
So I live with my partner and my son from a previous relationship his children come to ours on a weekend…. so that’s bit is fine.
His youngest is currently potty training but just isn’t getting it his parents are quiet laid back about it and will just say he’ll get their eventually ok that’s your choice is can’t interfere in this but we aren’t able to go out anywhere when my partners children are here due to his youngest constantly wetting him self if he’s not within feet of a bathroom so I said fine I’ll go out myself with my son as why should my son loose out on going out on a nice day because of this. My partner wasn’t happy with this and thinks we should have stayed in but I went out anyways. While I was out in bumped into my ex my son’s father and we went around the shops with him I have an ok relationship with my ex few bumps in the road previously but that’s in the past now my ex give us a lift home and my partner isn’t happy that I’ve been out with my ex as he says we should have been home as a family told him to stop being silly and I’ve left it at that ….. don’t really know what I want out of this message but am I right in thinking I shouldn’t feel bad for going out with my son and I shouldn’t feel bad for bumping in to my ex and I shouldn’t feel bad for getting a lift home from the experts I’ve done nothing wrong x tia x
