Just need a rant:
My partner really upset me tonight, I offered to take me and him and our 11 month old out to eat . My 11 month old is very clingy at the moment. When I’m not there he’s good as gold but as soon as he’s with me he’s constantly moaning shouting throwing tantrums all because he wants to be breastfeeding all the time, he even spent a whole day with his dad with no milk (i left it for him he chose not to drink it) so it’s not like he needs it he just wants it all the time . Anyway when we were eating I said it would be nice for just us to go out together for a meal maybe this Saturday and all he said was il let you know. He has absolutely no plans on Saturday so to me it just feels like I’ll let you know means well if something else comes up I’ll be choosing that instead. He then started saying he’s not burdening his child on anyone and I’m not gonna get a break and it’s my fault he’s like this (because I breasfeed) even though I have al his family and many of my life long friends begging me to let them babysit but he just says I would just be burdening people. My friend f even made a joke and said you two go out I’ll take your ‘burden’ any time. But still he says no . I then said I just think it’s nice for couples to have a evening together sometimes and go out , I literally mean for 2 hourss or even 1 just to eat down the road while the baby’s asleep with his sister there but he said all I do is just talk negative shit. I feel rubbish he also said he hates going out to eat or on any dates but he just does it to please me. I’m sure many men go on dates they don’t look forward to as much as women but I just don’t feel you have to say it constantly. Just feel rubbish 🤦🏽‍♀️
