I have a boy and a girl age 3 and 4 my son will start school in September the thing is my son has an obsession with queen Elsa he wants to dress up as her even if it’s wearing a crown or dress or even a long cape draping behind him everything he says and does comes back to Elsa 1st of all I thought it was cute and a phase my husband was being a typical male about it but I said just leave him he will grow out of it ..but it has got worser and now every second word is about Elsa he starts school soon and I keep thinking how about at school when they do dress up will he dress up as Elsa not like the rest of the boys who would choose policeman or superhero show can I get my son out of this obsession without causing him too much upset because he really does love her and I feel guilty every time I say no we can’t watch frozen x

A boy at my girls school dressed up as a girl for the day skirt high heels handbag wig the lot no one batted an eyelid its socially accepted now and to be fair we live in a no one gives a fuck society let him crack on with it and be happy !!!!!!!
Why can’t he ?? don’t say no let him watch it let him dress up as Elsa just because he’s a boy does not mean he can’t. Who cares what others think is he happy .. yes then let him x
