Morning Admin please can I have a PP
Not really baby related x
Last Sunday it came to light that my LB contracted hand foot and mouth from nursery. It was heart breaking seeing him in pain and off his food but plenty of mummy cuddles and he fought it like a champ and is doing much better the last day or two! My problem now is that I’ve contracted hand foot and mouth and I’ve never been in so much pain or discomfort. My poor boy, how he must have felt and not being able to tell us how he was feeling (he’s 18 months). My hands are so itchy my feet feel like I’m walking on sandpaper, I feel like crap and after waking at 2am with immense itching on my palms ive not been able to go back to sleep. My plans to go away this week have now been canceled which makes me sad as it was to see family. Has anyone had this themselves? Has anyone got any advice on how to ease the itching or discomfort and the general feeling low? TIA xx
