Morning could I have a private post please?

Sorry for the long post..

I’ve had my concerns about my eldest sons behaviour since he was around 2 (he’s 4 now) I’ve contacted the hv about it before but at that point she didn’t see any problems.

He’s always had an obsession with touching the back of other children’s heads, sometimes for comfort, sometimes through frustration and he’ll grind his teeth while doing it. He’s got a younger brother who’s coming up 2 and he must touch his head about 50x a day (when he’s not at nursery) with his brother he’ll also rub his nose on the back of his head too?

The other thing is routine, for example, if I don’t go the same way to nannies or the same way home he’ll have a melt down. He says he doesn’t like a certain road. If I give him a different colour plate to his friend or his brother he’ll also have a melt down.

Nursery, he’s been going since just before he was 3, recently he’s been constantly questioning me the day before what he’s doing after this what are we doing after that and if I say he’s going nursery he’ll either cry or sit staring into space for a good few minutes. I’ve spoken to his keyworker, they say he’s absolutely fine when he’s there.

Lastly, whenever anyone is playing nicely he’ll get up and purposely ruin whatever they were playing with.

It’s all starting to get to me now as it’s all constant. Any advice? Ideas?

P.s. He’s gets so much attention from everyone as everyone makes sure they do otherwise he’ll sulk, and this all started before his brother was born.

Thanks
