Morning. Could I have another private post please.

I’m on the pill have been for 5 months now and only had 2 small periods since. I know this pill can either stop my periods altogether or I can bleed. Well 2 days ago I went to the toilet and the tiniest bit of peachy/clear colour stringy stuff was on the tissue and and that was it and then again yesterday evening around about half 6 I went to the toilet again and it was stringy again but a mixture brown blood with a slight hint of pale red in it but had nothing again since. Is this normal for this pill?? I’ve attached a picture of the pill I’m on
