Morning ladies can I get a ppp? Nbr. I had shingles when I was younger around 8/10 years ago and it looked like this, only it was on my breast last time. Just noticed this on my foot and I’m now paranoid I have shingles. Anyone know if it is or not before booking a docs appointment ? Tia x

I get this quite often on the soles of my feet, i think its stress related or maybe if u do alot of walking x
