Morning, please may I have a anonymous post?
I wrote in a few months ago regarding problems in my relationship of 6 years after he had lied about loads of stuff & sent a girl nude photos. I ended the relationship 5 months ago, we’re both seeing other people & although I’m happy & I’m seeing the nicest man ever, I cant seem to get over my ex. We have two young children together & I can’t help have this gut feeling we should try again. He feels the same way & has tried to get me back over the 5 months we’ve been separated. I think the trust would come back eventually, my main concern is the reaction it will get from my family, no one will agree with my decision. I’m also feeling extremely guilty about potentially hurting the guy in seeing but I feel I have to be honest with myself. My ex is coming over tonight so we can have a chat, I suppose I’m just wondering if anyone has gone through a bad stage & managed to patch things up? No bashing please. Thankyou & happy new year xx
