My 19 month old has pink/red circles under both eyes sometimes they can look like he has two black eyes, do you think it’s possible he could have an allergy to something as I wouldn’t say it was down to lack of sleep because he sleeps an hour and half in the day and 8pm – 7 am every night? Thanks

If their not itchy or swollen, could be not enough fluids. My daughter gets it when she hasn’t had enough water.
