My ex took me to court for access,We went and couldn’t agree so they gave us another rate to go back and fill in witness statements.They gave him three dates to have my daughter on.But he’s broken one and the next one he’s on holiday so said he’s not having her.He’s tried saying he wanted it out of court. And solicior has sent me letter to not hand in witness statements yet . He would rather try get it sorted out if court and just get an agreement set up. He’s now got back with his gf and said he wants to go to court .
Where do I stand if he’s broken the dates the court gave him.

Move on and get on with your life because I’ll get back with **** and I will get a house with her if that means me not seeing our daughter so be it I’ll see Amelia when she sold enough and wants to see me I’m not choosing *** over daughter but let’s face it I can’t have both
