My kids go to their dads 3 days a week he dosent pay me a penny for them although csa have adviced me he should be paying £29 a week . This I the 3rd time since Dec that they have been going there and he hasn’t bathed them.. am I wrong in stopping them going I work 24hours a week would I get help for childcare I’m in wales thanks
