My little boy is 1 and its 34 degrees today so I just have him in his nappy but his body feels really cold to touch yet his head is warm and sweaty? I’ve been giving him plenty of fluids (milk and squash) but he’s been sleeping loads and is refusing to eat pretty much anything. Is this normal? Or is it just because of the heat and I’m overreacting 🙈, thank you xx
