My LO who is 17months old is showing signs of severe dry skin I’m thinking it is eczema. She’s got it on her hips, bum and the top of her legs. I’ve tried rubbing oilatum cream on it but it doesn’t seem to be helping much. Any advice on what else I can do as I can’t get an appointment for 3 weeks at the doctors? Thanks
