My MIL has recently came out of a long term relationship and has met a new boyfriend around 6 weeks ago. She never knew him before, we’ve never met him, he’s from a different area so nobody knows him. She normally minds my child whilst I’m at work, I’ve decided to take holidays when he’s visiting as I felt uneasy my little one being around a man who’s a complete stranger and my mil doesn’t know properly. This has caused a bit of an issue, my partner seems to not care and have no opinion on the matter so it looks as if I’m being arsey. We will meet him at some point on his visit, my little one will see him with me and her dad around. Do you think I am being un reasonable? X
