Need some advic my kids dad broke up when my daughter were born he is not aloud to see them because of dv and he has never paid for his three kids they are three and twins 2 and a half and I am now staring to struggle with paying for everything I have been with my partner for nearly two years we are getting married he works but all this money goes on rent and he has nothing left . I really need my kids dad to start paying for them but not know how as no one seems to know were he is
