Need some advice….
Not sure if you can post on here but I am currently in a flat threw the council but looking to either go threw house exchange or go back on the council list I’ve been living here about 5 months I’ve literally had enough of where I am and need to find something else is this possible or do I have to wait till I’ve been here a year?

You’ve got to wait a year that’s the housing rules. But do check with your housing association.
