Night time nightmare! Helpppp please 😥

My sons 16month old and up till now from 6months+ hes slept from 7-7 (unless poorly) when hes teething teething gel helped & Calpol. He’s naps from 11am-12pm. He has a great routine.

Tonight is the first night we’ve had this problem. He woke at 10pm & wouldn’t go back off. We gave him a dry nappy then I guessed hungry so done a bottle & He drank 3/4 of it but no luck. Did his temp but was normal Then though ah teething so gave teething gel & a bit of Calpol but no luck, tried reassuring & a cuddle & reassuring & singing & head stroking butb as soon as he was put back in his cot boom paddying so did the cry it out method even though he normally a bit sik when he gets over upset which he was. He then had a small bottle . Am not sayin if hes asleep now or not cus hes a jynx child. Anyone Had this. & where u leave them to paddy they be sick??
