Opinions on controlled crying ??
I can’t bear to do it to my 7 month old but I’m going insane. It’s taking me 2 hours to get him to sleep at night and he wakes up every hour. Is he to young, how long should I leave him to cry and how many nights of it until he gets the hang of just going to sleep x
