Please can I have a private message.

I need advice please, because I am lost and don’t know what to do.

My mum disowned me when she divorced from my dad. I was devastated, fell pregnant with my first child tries to get her involved she was having none of it. She would walk past me in a shop and completely ignore me and my newborn son (her grandchild). She refused to come to my wedding, becasue I had invited my father (neither of them turned up).
I fell pregnant with my second child and remember going round begging her to be part of their lives, eventually she did. But the relationship has been strained final straw was a few weeks ago she said she was coming over (this happens all the time) made loads of excuses and eventually tangled herself up in the web. I was left with 2 devastated little boys. It was heartbreaking and made me think enough is enough. So yes I said to her I’m not letting her put my children through this any more, since then she refuses to listen. It was her birthday and even though we weren’t speaking I still sent her flowers. It was my boys birthday and she didn’t even bother to send him a card. I just don’t know – how many times do I. Keep trying when it sounds like a lost cause. She always puts my younger brother on a pedestal and he can’t do any wrong.

Any advise appreciated.
