Please can I have a private post.

I had my son 12 weeks ago and since then I have had my first proper period but I haven’t had another one, I’ve done pregnancy tests and they’re all coming up negative. If i don’t come on by the end of the month I’ll be making a doctors appointment. But should I be worried at all? Has anyone else had this happen?
