Please can I have a private post.. me and my ex partner have split up recently. Our son is 11 months. Originally I allowed my ex to have our son every other weekend for 2 nights. For many reasons I have decided that I don’t think it’s in our child’s best interests to go over night while hes this young i havent yet discussed with my ex as hes already being very difficult. Can anyone let me know what you did regarding access while your child was around this age? Thanks

Why stop him now?? Surely that’s going against your child’s best interests unless there’s more to this story?? Don’t break their Bond ur child will hate u for it in years to come
Maybe he could go and live at his dads full time stop him coming backwards and forwards while hes so young?
Arrange a day in which he can have your son ? But I do think you need to talk about with him tell him your reasons
My son stayed at his dads regularly from he was a few weeks old. He’s 6 now and stays once a fortnight
U both need to sit down and talk x
