Please can i have a private post put on…

My baby is 7 months old. Since about a month ive been have a lot of trouble with my bladder ( unable to hold in when i need a wee, weeing throughout the night meaning every half a hour , having to wear a pad constantly its got so bad) so the doctors are testing my prostrate.
Anyway ive been really ill the last 3 weeks ive been diagnosed with severe post natal depression and the last week or so ive had bad flu.
Today/night ive really struggled with my bladder as im coughing/sneezing so much and this afternoon whilst i was sat in my cellar i had a coughing fit and ‘ accident’ on a downstairs sofa.
I cleaned it all up and when my OH has got home he asked about it and i told him out of embarrassment i spilt a drink and cleaned it. Well hes basically called me a liar , he knows what it is, said theres no excuse for it etc and i feel so low! Like ive never felt before!
I dont know what to do? 😞
