Please can i have a private post thanks.
My 3 year old is due to have an EEG fitted onto his head (wire sensors medically glued onto his scalp) wed until fri. He has neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) and started mainly with absent seizures since jan. He will be coming home with it on and a camcorder to record seizures. He has had them in the hospital before but only for upto an hour. The thing im worried about is the wires that will be coming past his neck down to a battery pack. I’m worried of it being a strangulation risk mainly when he’s asleep as ill be observing in the day. Any parents been through this and any advice? Thank you.
