Please can I have a private question?

I’m 7+3 and my 2nd pregnancy! In really struggling with sickness, headaches and fatigue! I literally have sickness 24/7 I wake early hours and feel dreadful, and my tummy is constantly rumbling as if I’m hungry! I’ve tried eating a biscuit if I wake feeling sick but it makes me worse! During the days the only thing I can do is eat and it seems to ease the sickness but then half an hour later I feel dreadful again! Cooking for my daughter and husband is such a task because everything makes me feel horrific! Just after some advice of any snacks that might help or just words of wisdom really! I’m just Struggling with this pregnancy and praying it’ll settle in the new few weeks! Thanks!!

    Thanks for all your comments. I’m at midwife tomorrow booking in so will mention it! Tried ginger biscuits and actually makes me worse!! Pastrys seem to be the best then I have chronic heartburn 😂 good job these babies are worth it all!!

  • I’m 23 weeks and still the same. White bread eases it but it doesn’t sort it totally, it’s getting me down atm but I keep plodding on. I’ve tried everything

  • I’m exactly the same I’m now nearly 14 weeks and feel awful I do find white toast helps a little but not for long feel like Ive put loads of weight on x

  • I’ve jst gone thru this exactly same as u hun I ended up in a n e due to not being able to keep anything down I went to my docs n she advised the ginger biscuits or acupuncture wrist bands I tried the ginger biscuits and couldn’t keep them down saw the mw day after docs n she couldn’t believe she hadn’t given me tablets as she said they are supposed to offer u medicine cos it ends up getting worse I’ve now not been sick since Friday since having the tablets n mw has advised me to go get some more xxx

  • Banana is meant to help… dry toast. Ginger biscuits. Spearmint tea. Anything plain really.

  • Polos helped me in early pregnancy and not eating hot food and just eating little and often 🙂

  • I felt exactly the same the only thing I could stomach at that stage was ice pops and they really helped
