please I don’t want to be judged, but I’m having an awful time with my 10yr old boy just lately, his attitude his behaviour and the way he disrespects me is really getting me down, I’m at the end of my tether with him to the point where I’m thinking of putting him in voluntary foster care, am I a bad mum for thinking like this?
I just sit and cry most evenings I dread when it comes to weekends/school holidays because it’s a battle with him all day right up until he goes to bed.
I have no one around to help me, he has no contact with his dad or his dads side of the family as his dad left when I told him I was pregnant and has never seen him so can’t ask them for help.
I’m gonna try and make a doctor’s appointment for him tomorrow and see what a doc can suggest.

Does anyone have any advice. I’ve tried grounding him, taking away his xbox, tablet, its doesnt faze him, ive told him I’ll cancel Christmas if his behaviour carries on he shouts at me saying he doesn’t care if he doesn’t get anything.

I just don’t know where to turn, or who to speak to.
