Please post..a bit of a tricky one but if any of you ladies could help that would be great so I’m currently on my maternity leave shock started in April before I left I used my holiday days which I had saved up before they ran out to used in the April. I’m due to go back to work early January but I’ve decided I’m not going to go back due to long night shifts which would be impossible with a new baby and my older children anyway what I was wondering is would I be entitled to any holiday days That would have started in April while on maternity leave? Do holiday days build up whilst off on maternity leave? Will they have to pay me any holiday pay when my maternity is up and before I’m no longer an employee of theirs? Please help I’m confused. Thanks in advance
