what a bloody joke these are or should i say our cafcass worker anyway. Surely there must be something u can do when all she does is lie and protect a violent druggy father! Cant go in to detail because its just far too long but how far can u actually take things of contact gets ordered unsupervised from supervised currently? Because am not prepared to put my son in danger and will do all i can

Don’t stop contact altogether I did this and so many years on I regret it they missed so much but easy to reflect when you are in that situation you want to protect with everything you have
I used to shake everytime a letter came through post off cafcass, her reports were bloody stupid, I didn’t even open them took them straight to my solicitor xxx
You can request a drug test and stand your ground and say that supervised contact is currently the only way you can ensure your child’s safety in the current light of issues
The court will always believe the cafcass worker unfortunately.
This sounds so familiar to wen I had a cafcas worker bunch of nobs all of them
I been caff caff waste of time as I been called lier
