Please post privately.

Hi in the last two days I got engaged and found out I’m pregnant.

And emotionally I feel numb and lost.

I want to feel happy and overjoyed. But I don’t understand why I feel so restricted.

I love my partner dearly and we have a son together. We don’t have any issues. Except for me personally deep down.

I’m not sure what I’m seeking from this post.

How do I figure out why I feel like this.
