Just wondered if anyone else has any idea or experienced the same…

I keep getting dizzy spells… its been happening for around a year but Over the last 2 weeks It seems to happy more often where I feel so faint and shaky. I’m sleeping fine. Eating fine but feel awful every now and then. It last for about an hour then goes. Waiting for doctors to call me back but just wondered if anyone else has experienced this.
