Womb lining had the same after my girl 16 mths ago doctor said it can happen sometimes anytime up to 2 years after giving birth xx
Most likely womb lining hun but best to get checked incase anything was left behind
(not miscarriage before anyone suggests that like they usually do with these posts)

Womb lining after baby can be quite big like that
Go get checked they may have missed some placenta z
Definitely seek medical attention xx
