Please tell how effectively i can punish my 6 years old for stealing money from me. I just got message from his teacher saying that he came to school with 3pounds saying that he took it from the cupboard (i have told him milion times that he cant just take it that he needs to ask for it) i have behaviour problems with him he doesnt listen and do what he wants taking things away or not letting to watch tv doesnt work behaviour charts dont work etheir he just dont care.. im so desperate he started to lie when he does something wrong ex. He pushes his little brother and i can see it he will deny it without a blink . Im really lost with it and end up shouting then i fell guilty and im starting to fell depresed over it that i cant even go out to see friends or take him out without him doing something. He doesnt care about consequences just act so impulsive and he is easily lead by other kids and will do anything to impress them . The thing is in theory he knows perfectly whats good behaviour and whats bad. On friday he came back from school and said that he didnt get any face (happy or sad) then on monday he tells me he actually did got extremely sad face and was dismissed from school assembly for his behaviour and he didnt told me because he knew he will be in trouble. His school is very supportive however i dont want to tell them everything as i feel embarrassed that i cant handle him…
