Please will you ask privately for me. What do you woman use to control really bad pms? I was on anti depressants from the Dr to control it but decided to have a break from them. I’m am so angry but sad at the same time. I know it will pass in a week or 2 but surely there must be something.Can I just add this is not the usual pms. I was diagnosed with pmdd from the Dr.
