I’ve seen a couple of DADS on this page too so I’d like to hear from YOU as well as the ladies please. Our daughter was born on Sunday evening and we brought her home today.. My partner has totally freaked out about becoming a Daddy and thinks he’s already letting her down because he’s scared to change her nappy or dress her as he’s afraid of hurting her. He now believes he is a failure because of his fear. I personally think he’s doing a cracking job and he’s really stepped up the mark in other areas such as housework, day to day tasks and even caring for my eldest daughter (18 months from a previous relationship) while I’ve been unable to. Any advice or words of wisdom for him?? He’s such a good man and daddy but he just doesn’t believe a dad should feel as terrified as he is.. Thanks in advance x
