So he had a child 3 months ago with a girl he was in a relationship with, all was good and they split up over some rumours that got to much for them both, they split when baby was 3/4 weeks old and the mum got baby registered and didn’t tell him till a week after she did it (he’s not on the birth certificate), she lets him see his baby every two weeks for 2 hours, he’s trying his very best to convince her to give him more time as he’d love to bond with his daughter and he adores her! Is there any way he can get more access without going to court? He’s planning on taking this to court as soon as he’s gone money to do so but he’s only 17 so I’m education and working part time so he hasn’t got the money right now?
No bashing, he’s a lovley lad and all he wants is a relationship with his daughter before it’s to late to build a bond!
Tia any advice would be grate!x

  • because of low income he will get legal aid.. unless the mother gives him more time then the only option is by taking her to court to gain more.
